Welcome
The West Virginia Chapter-Appraisal Institute merged with the Bluegrass Chapter-Appraisal Institute in January 2020, to become a Branch Chapter of the Bluegrass Chapter-AI. The total membership of the Bluegrass Chapter-AI is now over 160 members. The West Virginia Branch Chapter has over 30 Designated Members, Candidates, Practicing Affiliates, and Affiliates across the state.
The Bluegrass Chapter-AI offers residential and commercial real estate appraisal education. Its extensive curriculum of courses and specialty seminars provides a well-rounded education in valuation methodology for both the novice and seasoned practitioner. The Bluegrass Chapter-AI conducts quarterly meetings and other events for networking opportunities.
